Hailey's 3rd Birthday

My sweet Hailey Madison, who made me a mama, turned 3! She is the most sensitive, caring, thoughtful, imaginative, sweet girl in the entire world. She loves her people hard and we love her even harder! Happy birthday, sweet girl.

Hailey's 1st Day of Preschool

Today was Hailey's first day of preschool! I wouldn't say it was a smashing success.. She screamed for mama and begged me not to go. When I went back for pickup the teacher said she cried and clung to teachers but it wasn't bad enough to call me to come get her early. I don't know if my heart can handle doing this again on Thursday. We did get a few cute pictures before at least.

Christmas 2017

Christmas 2017 was the best one yet. The girls were both so sweet and aware, yet too young to actually ask for/want anything. Santa pictures were an epic fail, but we did get some super good pictures of the girls with their cousins, which we NEED to make a yearly thing.

 

Halloween 2017

Halloween 2017 is in the books! Amma made some amazing costumes and the girls looked so cute as Elsa and Anna. Jailynn only asked to be "nakey nake" a few times, and Hailey rocked her cape all evening. Everyone was done with Halloween by 6pm, maybe next year we'll be able to stay awake long enough for some actual trick or treating 😂.

 

Disneyland 2017

We did it! We went to Disneyland and survived to tell the tale! The girls did amazing and we had so much fun. I can't wait for our next adventure.

12 Months

Jailynn JoReen is ONE! Oh where do I even begin with this girl? Baby J has been my little mama's girl from the very beginning. She is my shadow and sweetest little lover. She is CRAZY, and we love it so much! She needs down to walk around and explore everything, but then out of no where, runs back to you and gives you a big hug and open mouth kiss. She has the kindest soul, but has no trouble taking what she wants. She smiles with her whole body. To say she was meant to be ours is an understatement. We have truly loved watching you grow this year, sweet sister. We love you more than anything.
